Diane S.L. Paloma, PhD, MBA
Diane Paloma is the Director of the Native Hawaiian Health Program at The Queen’s Health Systems. She is a graduate of The Kamehameha Schools, received her BS in Physiological Science, MBA, and most recently completed her PhD in Healthcare Administration.
Diane has been in the health field since 1995 and was able to combine her passion for Native Hawaiian culture with the health and medical fields. She has spent time working for a private physician, Hawaii Medical Services Association (the Hawaii Blue Cross/Blue Shield Association), the John A. Burns School of Medicine and has been at Queen’s since 2006.
Diane has also achieved the rank of ‘ōlapa in her halau going through a formal ‘ūniki process. She is married to Jason Paloma and has three daughters. Her Hawaiian ‘ohana hails from Kea’anae, Maui and Laupāhoehoe, Hawai‘i.
