Washington State Domestic Violence Fatality Review
Its goals are to promote cooperation, communication and collaboration
among agencies investigating and intervening in domestic violence;
identify patterns in domestic violence-related fatalities; and formulate
recommendations regarding the investigation, intervention and prevention
of domestic violence.
