This policy document is focused on breaking the silence around HIV in Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities through public health leadership and response. Readers are encouraged to use the document as a resource to begin implementation of the recommendations offered or to support the continuation and enhancement of existing policies and efforts that are in alignment with the recommendations.
