Mazdak has over 11 years of direct service experience at health-related community-based organizations targeting underserved communities. He has provided capacity building assistance to emerging community leaders, service providers and health department staff for more than 6 years in the areas of advocacy, program development and evaluation.
In addition to being a former member of the San Francisco HIV Prevention Planning Council, Mazdak is a current member of the Office of Minority Health Resource Center's Capacity Building Advisory Board.
