Asian Pacific Islander Cancer Education Materials (APICEM) Tool - The APICEM web portal is made possible by cooperation from American Cancer Society (ACS) and the Asian American Network for Cancer Awareness, Research, and Training (AANCART). They developed this Web tool to permit cancer education materials in Asian and Pacific Islander language to be electronically retrievable from participating organizations. http://www.cancer.org/apicem

Breast Cancer Screening Referral Service (California) - The Cancer Detection Section has a toll-free "800" number consumer referral line. The number, 1-800-511-2300, operates Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 7 PM in six languages. Calls in English and Spanish are answered by information specialists. Women speaking Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean or Vietnamese are connected to a live translator.
