If your organization is a community based organization (CBO) which is directly funded by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to provide HIV prevention services, please talk with your CDC Project Officer prior to submitting a capacity building assistance (CBA) request. CBA requests are submitted through the CBA Request Information System.

If your organization is a CBO which is funded by a state or local health department, please talk with your health department representative (contract manager) about placing the CBA request on your behalf.

If your program is not funded by either the CDC or a health department, you may place a request through your local health department or speak with us directly.
