Donna Leung, MS, MBA Donna Leung is a Group Vice President in the Information & Technology Services group at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. She leads the Strategy & Business Enablement group. She is currently serving as the Executive Sponsor for two bank initiatives: Artificial Intelligence Adoption Strategy and InspirAsian (promoting career, culture, and community for Asian-American employees). Prior to joining the Bank, Donna spent approximately 10 years in senior management at various microfinance and FinTech startups in the Bay Area. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Cal State East Bay, a Masters in Statistics from Stanford, and a MBA from UC Berkeley.
