WASHINGTON—The Asian & Pacific Islander American Health Forum (APIAHF) applauds the announcement of the commissioners for the President’s Advisory Commission on Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders.
Juliet K. Choi, president and CEO of APIAHF gave the following statement:
“The President’s Advisory Commission on Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders plays an essential role to the visibility and advocacy on the behalf of the diversity of all of our communities. We applaud the appointment of the commissioners who have extensive experience and offer unique perspectives to advise the Biden administration on issues of vital importance to the AA & NH/PI communities.
“We continue to applaud the leadership of the Commission’s executive director Krystal Ka’ai on her tireless work to address the issues and concerns that matter most for our communities.”
