Summary of Substantive Changes for Health Equity and Accountability Act (HEAA) of 2018

This document describes the major policy updates in the Health Equity and Accountability Act of 2018. Assembled by the title leads, it does not reflect technical or other small changes, but does address much of the work the HEAA community work group and tri-caucus members have done to expand the bill to reflect health disparities policy needs.
