Recording, presentation slides, and related materials for the Developing an Evaluation Plan webinar, which took place on October 4, 2011.
This one hour webinar, hosted by Capacity for Health at APIAHF, will provide participants with the opportunity to learn the importance of developing a comprehensive Evaluation Plan, as well as to learn to identify the key elements to include in an Evaluation Plan. Along with the webinar, participants will be given an Evaluation Plan Template as well as additional resources for developing an Evaluation Plan for their organizations.
By the end of the webinar, participants will be able to:
* Explain the benefits of a written evaluation plan
* List and describe the major elements of a comprehensive evaluation plan
* Report increased confidence in developing an evaluation plan
* Identify at least one concrete strategy to develop their organization’s evaluation plan
Presenter:
Sonya Dublin, MPH/MSW, is a Capacity Building Assistance provider at Capacity for Health at APIAHF. She has worked in the field of public health and HIV/AIDS prevention since 1995. She currently teaches the Program Planning and Evaluation course at the UC Berkeley School of Public Health. Sonya has edited hundreds of organizations’ program and evaluation plans and never tires of harassing folks to write better Goals and Objectives.
Capacity for Health (C4H) at APIAHF is a Capacity Building Assistance Program funded by the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention. C4H provides FREE capacity building assistance to community based organizations across the United States and its affiliated territories.
