This one-hour webinar, hosted by Capacity for Health at APIAHF, will provide participants with the opportunity to learn about real-time strategic planning, an alternative approach to strategic planning developed by La Piana Consulting. La Piana Consulting previously led a four-year research effort resulting in the Real-Time Strategic Planning methodology. Real-time strategic planning methodology engages participants, addresses the Big Questions facing the organization, and creates an atmosphere where ongoing strategic thinking and acting can flourish.
By the end of this webinar, participants will have:
* Increased awareness of the background behind “real-time” strategic planning
* Increased knowledge of the “real-time” strategic planning framework
* Increased knowledge of the “real-time” strategic planning process
Presenter:
Lester Olmstead-Rose, MBA is the Director of La Piana’s Strategy Practice. His diverse background in nonprofit management and programs, for-profit business, politics, and government informs his consulting approach.
Capacity for Health (C4H) at APIAHF is a Capacity Building Assistance Program funded by the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention. C4H provides FREE capacity building assistance to community based organizations across the United States and its affiliated territories.
