The underrepresentation of Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders (AANHPI) in clinical research is a longstanding issue that has significant implications for health equity. Without adequate representation, our understanding of AANHPI-specific health concerns, treatment effectiveness, and health outcomes remains incomplete. Addressing this gap is essential to ensuring equitable access to quality healthcare for all.
