The House has taken action to restore REACH funding and now it’s time to urge the Senate to do the same.

The best way to improve the health of communities, is to put communities in charge of their own health.  When our communities are in charge of their own health, they can organize their own health screenings, find innovative ways to cook healthy ethnic meals, and partner with schools and parks to cultivate safe spaces to gather, exercise, and play.  Without REACH funding, cities and neighborhoods will be denied programming that fits the needs of Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders.
